It is preferred that a thread is made for each locale that a planeswalker (or group of) decides to visit, but if someone comes to visit a locale that someone has already been to, a new thread should only be made if their visit will not affect (or be affected by) the previous visitor. Basically, if your visit will be part of the same plotline, keep it in the same thread.
For ease of searching, then, I ask that the RP threads must be tagged with the locale being visited, as well as any pertinent timeline tags. Whether you are visiting Mirrodin before Karn's liberation, Lorwyn rather than Shadowmoor, or some shard of Alara before the Conflux; all important distinctions. If your threads are not tagged like the following, odds are good that a moderator will fix it for you (and may pass you a message to do your own tags in the future).

Equally important to note, Planeswalking is extremely taxing! A planeswalker cannot just pop into one thread, leave, and then show up on a completely different plane in their next post. For RP purposes, your actions should also stay linear. Until your character has fully recovered from their last jump and concluded their business on that plane, don't post in threads for a plane that character is not currently on. You can travel around to other locales in the plane though, especially if you're looking to meet up with other players! Explore! Establish new mana links and make new allies! It might just help you later.
Lastly, while able to select timeline points when visiting other planes, one will not be able to travel to any plane before the events of Future Sight because Jeska has no influence over anything that led up to her current existence. Fixed points in time, paradox, blah, blah, Doctor Who. This means that (in the primary universe) Dominaria is mostly destroyed, Memnarch has been defeated on Mirrodin, and the Kamigawa storyline is long since over.
